KERAGUARD ADG70 – Metal corrosion resistant paint for wastewater treatment tanks

Nowadays, wastewater from industrial zones is the main cause of environmental pollution. Therefore, the design and installation of wastewater treatment tank is necessary. But during use, tank is easily to corrosion by bacterial and harmful toxic in the water.

Understanding this, APT has researched and produced KERAGUARD ADG70. This is a chemical resistant Tar coating system, has low VOC content. The paint can resistant to seawater, acids and alkalis, neutral salts, inorganic oil, cleanser… They are used as a protective shield to the steel surface in the tank, meeting conditions of frequently wet surface. KERAGUARD ADG220 – Metal corrosion resistant paint for domestic water tanks

KERAGUARD ADG20 is 2-component chemical resistant epoxy coating system. With the advantage of high antibacterial, the paint is often used for domestic water tanks.

KERAGUARD ADG20 – Metal corrosion resistant paint for metal roofs

The roof is a place affected by impact of weather. So, they are often rusted after long time of use. The rust of roof creates reddish-brown scales, then spread to the roof, causing loss of aesthetics. Besides, the rust phenomenon is more serious with screw, cutting edge, scratch, causing loss of aesthetics and reduced roof life.

Understanding this, APT has researched and produced KERAGUARD ADG20. This is 2-component Polyurethane coating system. Paint can resistant to UV, chemical and prevent the growth of bacterial.

KERAGUARD VL100 – Metal corrosion resistant paint for low concentration chemical tanks and concrete floors

Although KERAGUARD VR300 has very good chemical resistant ability, but with chemical storage tanks have concentration is not too high, KERAGUARD VL100 can be used.

KERAGUARD VL100 is 2-component, 100% solid, very good chemical resistant novolac epoxy coating system.

KERAGUARD VL100 has good flow ability and high efficiency for both steel and concrete.

Paint is used a lot on concrete floor because of good wear, color diversity and high aesthetics. Completely repair the disadvantages of KERAGUARD VR300 when applying on the horizontal surface.
