KERAGUARD ADG20 is 2-component Polyurethane coating system, has UV resistant ability. The hardened coating is highly antibacterial, totally preventing the growth of microorganisms such as bacterial, fungus, algae and other living plants.

Construction process of KERAGUARD ADG20

Step 1: Applying the primer KERASEAL PS60

To apply the primer, the constructor needs to ensure concrete floor humidity < 6%, the smooth surface and be cleaned by floor grinder and vacuum cleaner.

After that, mixing and using short hair roller to apply KERASEAL PS60.

Notes:

  • Do not apply the primer too thick and create puddles on the surface.
  • Allow to dry at least 7 hours before light traffic or apply the next steps.

Step 2: Patching and handling floor surface

Non-shrink epoxy adhesive KERACRETE NS50 is the best product to help repair cracks on floor surface. When patching, pay attention to widening cracks in a V-shape, patching from 2 to 3 layers for large pits. After 2 hours, they can apply the next steps.

Step 3: Applying the base coat KERAGUARD ADG20

Using short hair roller spread mixture on the primer surface. Apply in two directions perpendicular to ensure coverage and color uniformity. Allow to dry at least 7 hours before light traffic of apply the next steps.

Step 4: Patching and handling floor surface

Using non-shrink epoxy adhesive KERACRETE NS50 to patching remaining cracks. Apply 2 to 3 coats for large pits. Allow to dry at least 2 hours before apply the next steps.

Step 5: Applying the top coat KERAGUARD ADG20

Before apply the top coat, it can be used to scratch the surface with a scrubbing machine, increasing the adhesion to the floor surface. Then short hair roller is used to spread primer mixture on constructed surface. Apply in two directions perpendicular to ensure coverage and color uniformity. Allow to dry at least 24 hours before light traffic and 72 hours before using.
