| 1.1. Requirements for labor protection work |

– During application, workers must wear full labor protection (hat, clothes, shoes, glasses, mask, and gloves). |
| 1.2. Requirement for moisture |
|
– Substrate moisture content < 18%. – Max. substrate temperature 39ºC. – Construction areas require good ventilation. |

| 2.1. Mixing KERASEAL WB50 |
|
– Include composition A and composition B. – Using specialized mixer, approx. 600 rpm with a suitable mixing paddle. – Add the composition B to the composition A and mix a further 3 minutes until homogenous (may take a longer depending on weather conditions and equipment). |
| 2.2. Mixing KERASEAL WB40 |
|
– Material includes 2 components: Composition A and Composition B. – Add the composition B to the composition A mix a further 3 minutes until homogenous.

| 3.1. Surface cleaning and treatment |
|
– The surface ensures no dust, dirt, oil. |
| 3.2. Applying KERASEAL WB50. |
|
– Using long-hair roller to spread KERASEAL WB50 on the cleaned surface. |

| 3.3. Applying the basecoat KERASEAL WB40 |
|
– For the basecoat that requires a high thickness, apply the coat by coating method. Spread KERASEAL WB40 on the area to be applied with a specialized brush, finish the surface with serrated brush and spiked roller. BC1 powder can be added to material to increase the hardness of the coating. |
| 3.4. Applying the topcoat KERASEAL WB40 |
|
– After the basecoat completely dries, use the scrubber with suitable sandpaper, sanding the entire surface to create roughness and remove impurities. |
