3.3. Applying the basecoat KERAGUARD ADG70

- Depending on the specific requirements of each system about number of coatings, number of MAT layers 300g (MAT 450g), the TISSUE mat or the thickness to have a plan of number of coatings for this step.
- Spread KERAGUARD ADG70 on the surface to be applied by short-hair roller.
- The mat layers must be pressed tightly on the surface by KERAGUARD ADG70, the MAT fiber mat must be applied first and then the TISSUE will be on the top.
- Note: The mat layer is pressed tightly on the surface as soon as the previous layers have not cured.
- Allow to dry at least 8 hours before applying the next steps.

3.4. Applying the topcoat KERAGUARD ADG70

- After the basecoat completely dries, it is important to check and fix the problems on the surface such as mat opening, air inside the coatings, etc.
- Remove the impurities on the surface.
- Spread the mixed KERAGUARD ADG70 on area to be applied by short-hair roller.
- Apply by roller several times and in 2 perpendicular directions, ensure the uniform of material on the surface.
- It is possible to apply multiple layers to ensure the completely coverage of the material.
- Allow to dry at least 24 hours before light traffic and 72 hours before using.
