- Primer includes 2 components: KERASEAL PS100 and ACTIVATOR. |

- Coating includes 2 components: KERAGUARD VR300 and hardener ACTIVATOR. |

| 3.1. Surface cleaning and treatment |
|
- The surface ensures no dust, dirt, oil or other impurities. |
| 3.2. Applying KERASEAL PS100 |
|
- Using long-hair roller spreads KERASEAL PS100 on cleaned and roughness surface. |

| 3.3. Applying the basecoat KERAGUARD VR300. |

– Depending on the specific requirements of each system about number of coatings, number of MAT layers 300g (MAT 450g), the TISSUE mat or the thickness to have a plan of number of coatings for this step. |
| 3.4. Applying the topcoat KERAGUARD VR300. |
|
– After the basecoat completely dries, it is important to check and fix the problems on the surface such as mat opening, air inside the coatings, etc. |
