Product Information
KERACRETE RM120 is a three component epoxy resin mortar for rapid repairs to damaged concrete. KERACRETE RM120 is easily hand or power troweled at thickness up to 3 mm with larger in deep fill applications. The system provides high strength and adhesion to a variety of substrates. Rapid strength development allows early return to use of the repaired area.
Packaging: KERASEAL WB10 is supplied in 18kg per set.
Storage: 6 months from date of manufacture, when be stored correctly in original packaging.
Application
This system is designed for restoring old or damaged concrete by creating a dense protective layer. Suited for industrial applications where a compacted epoxy mortar is specified.
Construction conditions
- Substrate moisture content < 6%.
- Min. substrate temperature +13°C.
- Max. substrate temperature +39°C.
- Substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above dew point.
- Maximum relative air humidity 85%.
