Product Information
KERACRETE RM150 is a 3-component, 100% solids, epoxy-slurry self leveling mortar system. KERACRETE RM150 can be applied with slurry/can rake at an application thickness of 1mm to 5mm. It has been designed for rapid repairs to damaged concrete.
Packaging: KERACRETE RM150 is supplied in 45kg per set.
Storage: 12 months from date of manufacture, when be stored correctly in original packaging.
Application
This system is designed for restoring old or damaged concrete by creating a dense protective layer. It also serves applications requiring increased abrasion resistance. This product is suitable for industrial applications where is specified to rebuild slightly damaged concrete.
Construction conditions
- Substrate moisture content < 6%.
- Min. substrate temperature +13°C.
- Max. substrate temperature +39°C.
- Substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above dew point.
- Maximum relative air humidity 85%.
