Product Information
KERASEAL PS50 is two component epoxy based coating system. KERASEAL PS50 has low viscosity with deep penetration to improve the surface before application of KERASEAL and KERAGUARD. KERASEAL PS50 is used as primer and sealer for resin based coatings or as dustproofing for concrete or other porous mineral substrates.
Packaging: KERASEAL PS50 is supplied in 9kg per set.
Storage: 12 months from date of manufacture, when be stored correctly in original packaging, avoid sunlight, temperature from 20 - 40°C.
Application
- As a primer for KERASEAL flooring systems and KERAGUARD corrosion protection systems.
- Dustproofing for new and old concrete surfaces.
- Clear sealer for concrete floors.
- Improve the surface strength of concrete floors.
Construction conditions
- Substrate moisture content < 6%.
- Min. substrate temperature +13°C.
- Max. substrate temperature +39°C.
- Substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above dew point.
- Maximum relative air humidity 85%.
