Product Information
KERASEAL PS60 is a solvent based epoxy primer and sealer designed to offer superior resistance to abrasion and mechanical stress. It offers increased adhesive strength while providing greater toughness.
Packaging: KERASEAL PS60 is supplied in 9kg per set.
Storage: 12 months from date of manufacture, when be stored correctly in original packaging, avoid sunlight, temperature from 20 - 40°C.
Application
- Provides an adhesion layer between paint and concrete.
- Used for porous concrete surface, need to reinforce surface.
- As a primer for product system of APT.
- Used for surface need to be solid.
- - Increases wear resistance ability of concrete floor.
Construction conditions
- Substrate moisture content < 6%.
- Min. substrate temperature +13°C.
- Max. substrate temperature +39°C.
- Substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above dew point.
- Maximum relative air humidity 85%.
